The future GEM campus in Paris is intended to be "Future-Proof." The latest virtual reality and artificial intelligence technologies will be used, as well as new forms of teaching, and in particular teaching through emotions. They will be able to accommodate 1,500 people simultaneously and 2,500 students in total per year. They will also have a 300-seat lecture hall; 20 fully modular classrooms; a wide variety of work, relaxation, and discussion areas; and a roof terrace with trees etc.

In addition, the future GEM campus will be located in a neighborhood of Pantin that has been profoundly transformed in recent years and where major economic players have chosen to set up shop: BNP (Les Grands Moulins), La Banque de France, Hermès, Chanel, and BETC (Les Magasins Généraux) and more.
