New development for the Data Asperger program
Created by Grenoble Ecole de Management, the Data Asperger program aims to train participants in the field of data or web and application development in order to facilitate their integration in the workplace. This pioneering program in France is open to applicants with a recognized diagnosis of Asperger's syndrome. The program is supported by partner companies that fund the program and recruit students for work/study experiences.
In 2021, the program will be renamed and re-organized (new name in French : Concepteur Développeur d'Application spécialisation Data Analyst). The partner company Webforce 3 will be in charge of technical training aspects, webforce 3 provides official professional recognition for the training (RNCP level 6). GEM will continue to provide social skills and data training as well as support the integration process in the workplace. The new program will require applicants to have programming experience but no level of study is required. Instead, skills will be checked via a test carried out before submitting an application. Applicants must also be officially recognized as disabled workers. The program is supported by Région AURA and AGEFIPH.
