After a resounding success in Canada over the past five years, the Institut de Leadership is partnering with Grenoble École de Management to offer a unique leadership program in Paris, starting in November 2019: the Executive Leadership Certificate.

"We are very proud to partner with the Institut de Leadership," said Mr. Loïck Roche, Managing Director of Grenoble École de Management. The reputation of the Institute and its trainers has crossed borders and corresponds perfectly to the values and guarantees of quality that we want to share with the people with whom we work.”

Training for Managers and Executives

The Executive Leadership Certificate is divided into six modules: Strategic Management, Creative Leadership, Communication Skills, Team Mobilization, Coaching and Talent Management, Political Sense and Influence.

Practical in nature, the training allows participants to quickly apply the concepts presented by seasoned experts, who enrich the participants' experience by sharing their knowledge and expertise.

Participants will benefit from the expertise of both Canadian and French stakeholders and thus from a varied vision of management in these two markets. Among the French personalities who have already agreed to contribute to the training, let us highlight: Anne-Marie Couderc, Nicolas de Tavernost, Bernard Giudicelli, Maurice Lévy, Nicole Notat, Jean-Pierre Raffarin, Marie-Christine Saragosse, Jean-Dominique Senard, Najat Vallaud-Belkacem and many others.

"In a constantly changing world, the challenges for managers are even greater," says Éric Paquette, President and co-founder of the Institut de Leadership. The internationalization that is underway brings its share of challenges, but also unprecedented business opportunities. To do this, it is necessary to equip key players with the right tools to develop the best possible leaders. And who says leader, is a renowned establishment such as Grenoble Ecole de Management, a perfect partner to unite the strengths of France and Canada as part of our certificate.”
